Apply NOW for the Gathering of Nations InstaMeet Micro-Influencer Campaign with VisitABQ!

Did you know that the Gathering of Nations Pow Wow in Albuquerque, NM is THE largest Pow Wow in the United States and North America? VisitABQ is inviting our network to come together to celebrate this enjoyable, cultural, and entertaining Native festival. We’ll also be exploring other quintessential Albuquerque activities, such as attendence at the Gathering of Nations Pow Wow, a tour of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, a ride on the Sandia Peak Tramway, a seat at the Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque show, and maybe even a birds eye view from the basket of a hot air balloon! (All activities subject to change due to weather or other considerations.)
We are in search of a diverse group of creators who are interested in participating in a two-night, three-day InstaMeet experience with other creators like yourself! This event will take place April 29 through May 1, 2022. Lodging, food, the cost of activities and travel are included.
This opportunity is being offered in exchange for social promotion and we cannot offer plus ones. However, if you have an Instagram friend you would like to recommend, have them apply! We will gather as a group for some activities, and in smaller groups for other activities.

Here’s what we are looking for in an influencer for this particular campaign.
Someone who lives in New Mexico, 60+ miles outside of Albuquerque.
Someone who lives in Arizona, Colorado, or Texas.
Someone who lives in the Austin or Burbank/Los Angeles area.
Someone who has built an authentic community of more than 5,000 followers.
Someone who loves to travel and experience new adventures and can share in a way that positively promotes the town and the events.
Someone who consistently creates opportunities for conversation about the topic(s) they post about.
Someone who consistently responds to all comments made on their posts to further the conversation (or at least the majority—DM for collabs doesn’t deserve your time!).
Someone whose niche or aesthetic (if they have one) will make sense with posting about travel, music, and adventure.
Gathering of Nations Pow Wow InstaMeet - COVID-19 Update
Everyone attending the 2022 Gathering of Nations Powwow MUST be Fully Vaccinated and Present proof of Covid-19 Vaccination & Photo ID. If you are selected to be a part of this campaign we will request a photocopy of your vaccine card.
Please note: completing this application form does not guarantee you a spot for this campaign. We will be in touch when we have selected the influencers who we feel will be best suited for this opportunity. As part of our vetting process we will be pulling analytics about your account to verify audience and engagement authenticity.
